Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Municipal Code. In provisions concerning municipal jurisdiction over property subject to an annexation agreement, deletes exemptions based on population and instead specifically exempts the following: Cook, DeKalb, DuPage, Kane, Kendell, Lake, Madison, McHenry, St. Clair, McLean, Tazewell, Will, and Winnebago Counties. Effective immediately.
