Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Use Tax Act, the Service Use Tax Act, the Service Occupation Tax Act, and the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. Provides that for the period of one year, beginning on the effective date of this amendatory Act, new flexible fuel vehicles, as defined in provisions of the Alternate Fuels Act, are exempt from taxation under the Acts. Effective immediately.
