Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Controlled Substances Act. Provides that the penalties for possessing methamphetamine manufacturing chemicals with the intent to manufacture methamphetamine shall be based on the amount of the methamphetamine manufacturing chemicals possessed with the intent to manufacture any substance containing methamphetamine rather than based on possession of any methamphetamine manufacturing chemical with the intent to manufacture a specific amount of substances containing methamphetamine.
