Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Water Well Construction Code. Provides that the one time water well construction permit fee authorized by the Act shall not exceed $200 (now, $100). Further provides that in counties with a population of more than 250,000, with the approval of the county board, the fee may exceed $200 but not $300.

House Amendment No. 1
Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Provides that the one time water well construction permit fee authorized by the Act shall not exceed $200 ($100 under current law).

	Fiscal Note (H-AM 1) ( Illinois Environmental Protection Agency)
	House Bill 2692 (H-AM 1) will not have any fiscal impact on the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency.
