Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Election Code. In the campaign finance Article, exempts communications exclusively between a labor organization and its members from the definition of electioneering communication. Effective immediately.

House Amendment No. 1
Exempts communications exclusively between an organization formed under Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code (business league, chamber of commerce, real estate board, board of trade, or professional football league) and its members from the definition of electioneering communication.
