Amends the Illinois Insurance Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the executive committee of domestic mutual companies.

Deletes reference to:

Adds reference to:
215 ILCS 5/370cfrom Ch. 73, par. 982c

Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Illinois Insurance Code. Changes the meaning of "serious mental illness" to include post-traumatic stress disorder (acute, chronic, or with delayed onset). Effective immediately.
