Amends the Illinois Fairness in Lending Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Creates the Hotel Bed Covering Posting Act. Requires the operator of a hotel to post or cause to be posted in each guest room at the hotel that he or she operates a sign indicating the date and time any bed covering in the guest room is changed. Provides a penalty for a violation of the Act.
