Amends the School Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning school counselors.

House Amendment No. 1

	Deletes reference to:
	105 ILCS 5/10-22.24a

	Adds reference to:
	105 ILCS 110/3	from Ch. 122, par. 863

Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Critical Health Problems and Comprehensive Health Education Act. Provides that the school board of each public elementary and secondary school in the State shall require (instead of encourage) all teachers and other school personnel to acquire, develop, and maintain the knowledge and skills necessary to properly administer cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Makes related changes.
