Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Land Trust Beneficial Interest Disclosure Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning disclosure in applications.

House Amendment No. 1
Deletes reference to:
765 ILCS 405/2
Adds reference to:
New Act.

Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Authorizes the Secretary of Transportation, upon the payment of $1, to convey to the Village of Justice by quit claim deed a parcel of land in Lyons Township in Cook County. Provides that the title to the parcel shall revert to the State if the parcel ceases to be used for public purposes. Effective immediately.
