Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Regional Transportation Authority Act. Provides that the Suburban Bus Board is responsible for and must coordinate the provision of all ADA paratransit services that are required to be provided under the federal Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990. Requires the Suburban Bus Board, the Chicago Transit Authority, and the Regional Transportation Authority to adopt a plan for the provision of the paratransit services. Makes corresponding changes in provisions concerning the jurisdiction and powers of the Suburban Bus Board. Sets forth requirements for the level of fares and charges for paratransit services. Effective immediately.
