| WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of Illinois |
3 |
| learned with regret of the death of Lawrence Larry Allen of |
4 |
| Chicago on July 10, 2004; and
|
5 |
| WHEREAS, He was born March 13, 1981 in Chicago to Clara |
6 |
| Allen and Lawrence Larry Lindsey, Sr.; Larry, affectionately |
7 |
| known as "Boo Boo", attended Ryder Elementary and Calumet High |
8 |
| School; he loved sports, video games, music, friends, and most |
9 |
| of all his family; and
|
10 |
| WHEREAS, He was preceded in death by his maternal |
11 |
| grandfather, Morris Jackson, Sr., and his paternal |
12 |
| grandparents, William and Mildred Lindsey; and
|
13 |
| WHEREAS, The passing of Lawrence Larry Allen will be felt |
14 |
| by all who knew and loved him, especially his mother and |
15 |
| father; his daughter, Shakiya Renee Allen; his fiancee, |
16 |
| Saharina McCadd; his grandmother, Arlene Jackson; his sisters, |
17 |
| LaTania, Doris, and Dorthey Guy and Amanda, Areen, and Loren |
18 |
| Lindsey; his brothers, Antonio and Ralph Allen, Lawrence (Red) |
19 |
| Guy, and David Lindsey; and a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, |
20 |
| nephews, and friends; therefore, be it

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-THIRD GENERAL |
22 |
| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
23 |
| Lawrence Larry Allen and extend our sincerest condolences to |
24 |
| his family, friends, and community; and be it further
|
25 |
| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
26 |
| presented to the family of Lawrence Larry Allen as an |
27 |
| expression of our deepest sympathy.
