| SENATE RESOLUTION
|

| WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of Illinois |
3 |
| learned with regret of the sudden death of Rae Deen Jump of |
4 |
| Winthrop Harbor on Tuesday, April 6, 2004; and
|
5 |
| WHEREAS, Rae Deen was born on April 29, 1951, in Waukegan |
6 |
| to Shirley and Alphonse Heltman; she was a 1969 graduate of |
7 |
| Zion-Benton Township High School and a 1971 graduate of Kenosha |
8 |
| Technical Institute; and
|
9 |
| WHEREAS, Mrs. Jump was a secretary to the principal at |
10 |
| Zion-Benton High School where she had been employed in |
11 |
| different capacities for 20 years; and
|
12 |
| WHEREAS, Mrs. Jump was a wonderful woman who helped many |
13 |
| worthwhile causes in the Lake County community; she was a |
14 |
| delightful person who could do anything and was a leading light |
15 |
| in her community; she was a loving wife, mother, and |
16 |
| grandmother; and
|
17 |
| WHEREAS, The passing of Rae Deen Jump has been deeply felt |
18 |
| by many, especially her husband, Lawrence; her children, Teresa |
19 |
| (Richard) Hayhurst and Joseph Jump; her granddaughter, Dillyn |
20 |
| Hayhurst; her mother, Shirley Heltman; her sister, Christine |
21 |
| Heltman; her brother, Kyle (Cheryl) Heltman; and her niece, |
22 |
| Wensdae Heltman; therefore, be it
|

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-THIRD GENERAL |

| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
25 |
| Rae Deen Jump, and we extend our sincere condolences to her |
26 |
| family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it |
27 |
| further

| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
