| SENATE RESOLUTION
|

| WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of Illinois |
3 |
| were saddened to learn of the death of James A. Lario, Sr. on |
4 |
| February 7, 2004; and
|
5 |
| WHEREAS, In 1970, Mr. Lario worked part-time as a Burbank |
6 |
| Plumbing Inspector before becoming Burbank Building |
7 |
| Commissioner in 1973; and
|
8 |
| WHEREAS, The passing of James A. Lario, Sr. will be deeply |
9 |
| felt by many, especially his son, James Jr. (Mary Ann); his |
10 |
| daughter, Joan Masquelier; his grandchildren, Rick Page, Joan |
11 |
| Kaufmann, and Louis, Tony, and Lorie Lario; his |
12 |
| great-grandchildren, Jimmy, Luke, Lauryn, Jenna, Jonathon, |
13 |
| Collin, Connor, Mirinda, Louie, Lauren L., Allie, and Dylan; |
14 |
| and his many nieces and nephews; and
|
15 |
| WHEREAS, He was preceded in death by his wife, Lorraine |
16 |
| (nee Lewandowski); therefore, be it
|
17 |
| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-THIRD GENERAL |
18 |
| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the death of |
19 |
| James A. Lario, Sr. along with all who knew and loved him and |
20 |
| extend our sincere condolences to his family and friends; and |
21 |
| be it further
|

| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
23 |
| presented to the family of James A. Lario, Sr. as an expression |
24 |
| of our deepest sympathy.
