 1                          SENATE RESOLUTION

 2        WHEREAS, The members  of  the  Senate  of  the  State  of
 3    Illinois  were  saddened  to  learn  of  the  death of Gerald
 4    "Jerry" L. Yendrejczyk of Naperville on October 16, 2003; and

 5        WHEREAS, Mr. Yendrejczyk  was  born  March  29,  1950  in
 6    Chicago; and

 7        WHEREAS,  He graduated from the University of Illinois at
 8    Chicago  and  earned  his   master's   degree   from   DePaul
 9    University;  after  graduation,  he  took  a  position at the
10    Social Security-Great Lakes Regional Office, where he  worked
11    for more than 30 years; and

12        WHEREAS,  Mr.  Yendrejczyk  was  a  very active member of
13    Bethany Lutheran Church in Naperville; and

14        WHEREAS,  His  passing  will  be  deeply  felt  by  many,
15    especially  his  wife  of  20  years,  Nancy  (Austin);   his
16    daughter,  Jessica;  and  his  brother-in-law,  Thomas (wife,
17    Dixie) Austin; therefore, be it

18        RESOLVED, BY  THE  SENATE  OF  THE  NINETY-THIRD  GENERAL
19    ASSEMBLY  OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing
20    of Gerald "Jerry" L. Yendrejczyk along with all who knew  and
21    loved  him  and  extend our sincere condolences to his family
22    and friends; and be it further

23        RESOLVED, That a suitable  copy  of  this  resolution  be
24    presented  to  the family of Gerald "Jerry" L. Yendrejczyk as
25    an expression of our deepest sympathy.
