 1                          SENATE RESOLUTION

 2        WHEREAS, The members  of  the  Senate  of  the  State  of
 3    Illinois were saddened to learn of the death of Mrs. Margaret
 4    "Peg" Pedersen on Saturday, May 3, 2003; and

 5        WHEREAS,  Mrs.  Pedersen  of Franklin Park was the loving
 6    wife of the late James "Brud" Pedersen; and

 7        WHEREAS, Mrs. Pedersen loved and was well loved by a host
 8    of relatives and friends; and

 9        WHEREAS, Her passing will be deeply felt  by  her  family
10    and  friends,  especially  her  children  and  their spouses,
11    Barrett and Jessica, Brian and Kristine,  Peggy  and  Michael
12    Marro,  Robert  and  Bette,  and  William;  her  brothers and
13    sisters-in-law, John and Stephanie Stafford, and  Sidney  and
14    Jean    Stafford;    her   seven   grandchildren;   her   six
15    great-grandchildren; and a host  of  many  other  family  and
16    friends; and

17        WHEREAS,  Mrs.  Pedersen  was  preceded  in  death by her
18    husband; and her children, James and Patricia; therefore,  be
19    it

20        RESOLVED,  BY  THE  SENATE  OF  THE  NINETY-THIRD GENERAL
21    ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we  mourn  the  death
22    Mrs.  Margaret Pedersen along with all who knew and loved her
23    and extend our sincere condolences to her family; and  be  it
24    further

25        RESOLVED,  That  a  suitable  copy  of this resolution be
26    presented to the family  of  Mrs.  Margaret  Pedersen  as  an
27    expression of our deepest sympathy.
