 1                          SENATE RESOLUTION

 2        WHEREAS, The members  of  the  Senate  of  the  State  of
 3    Illinois  were  saddened  to  learn of the death of Robert S.
 4    Boak of North Chicago on Tuesday, February 11, 2003; and

 5        WHEREAS, Mr. Boak was born on January 4, 1944 in Waukegan
 6    to Joseph and Helen  Boak;  he  graduated  from  N.C.C.  High
 7    School  in  1961 and was also a graduate of Carthage College;
 8    and

 9        WHEREAS, Mr.  Boak  worked  in  the  building  management
10    department at Great Lakes and North Chicago Golf Course; and

11        WHEREAS,  The passing of Mr. Boak has been deeply felt by
12    many, especially his mother,  Helen  Boak  and  his  brother,
13    Larry  Boak;  his  father  preceded  him  in  death  in 1977;
14    therefore, be it

15        RESOLVED, BY  THE  SENATE  OF  THE  NINETY-THIRD  GENERAL
16    ASSEMBLY  OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing
17    of Robert S. Boak and we extend our sincerest condolences  to
18    his family and friends; and be it further;

19        RESOLVED,  That  a  suitable  copy  of this resolution be
20    presented to the family of Robert S. Boak  with  our  deepest
21    sympathy.
