| WHEREAS, The State Board of Education has filed its Report |

School Code Mandates, dated September 30, 2004, |

| with the Senate, the House of
Representatives, and the |

| Secretary of State of Illinois as required by Section
2-3.25g |
| 7 |
| of the School Code; therefore, be it

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-THIRD GENERAL |

| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES |
| 10 |
| CONCURRING HEREIN, that each of the school district waiver |
| 11 |
| requests identified below by school district name and by the |
| 12 |
| identifying number and subject area of the waiver request as |
| 13 |
| summarized in the report filed by the State Board of Education |
| 14 |
| is disapproved: |
| 15 |
|
(1) Arlington Heights SD 25 - Cook, WM100-3361-1, |
| 16 |
| substitute teachers; and |
| 17 |
|
(2) Mount Prospect SD 57 - Cook, WM100-3362-1, substitute |
| 18 |
| teachers.
