AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $1, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority to determine the effectiveness of the Statewide Motor Vehicle Theft Prevention Strategy.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on July 1, 2004.
