SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

 

Appropriates $1 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Central Management Services for a study on procurement costs.  Effective July 1, 2004.

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

    Section  5.  The sum of $1, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Central Management Services for a study on procurement costs.

 

Section 99.  Effective date.  This Act takes effect on July 1, 2004.
