Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

ARTICLE 1

    Section 1.  The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois Educational Labor Relations Board for the objects and purposes hereinafter named:

OPERATIONS

  For Employee Retirement Contributions

   Paid by Employer...................................... 0

  For State Contributions to State

   Employees' Retirement System.................... 104,600

  For State Contributions to

   Social Security.................................. 76,500

  For Contractual Services......................... 170,000

  For Commodities.................................... 5,000
