AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
ARTICLE 1
Section 1. The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects and purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to meet the ordinary and contingent expenses of the State Civil Service Commission:
For Personal Services........................... 249,100
For Employee Retirement Contributions
Paid by Employer...................................... 0
For State Contributions to State
Employees' Retirement System..................... 26,100
For State Contributions to
Social Security.................................. 19,100
For Contractual Services.......................... 49,500
For Travel........................................ 19,500
For Commodities.................................... 3,500
For Printing....................................... 1,500
For Equipment..................................... 20,000
For Telecommunications Services.................... 6,000

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on July 1, 2004.
