AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
ARTICLE 1
Section 1. The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects and purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to meet the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Commission:
For Personal Services........................... 415,200
For Employee Retirement Contributions

For State Contributions to State
Employees' Retirement System..................... 43,400
For State Contributions to
Social Security.................................. 30,400
For Contractual Services.......................... 63,000
For Travel........................................ 20,000

For Telecommunications Services................... 19,000

For Expenses relative to the operation

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on July 1, 2004.
