| AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3000

| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3000 on page 2, |

| immediately below line 19, by inserting the following:

| "(b-5) Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (b) of |
| 5 |
| this Section, administrative professional employees employed |
| 6 |
| by the State Board of Education in job titles covered by the |
| 7 |
| Illinois Educational Labor Relations Board's unit |
| 8 |
| clarification (case no. 2000-UC-0008-S) on June 30, 2005 shall |
| 9 |
| be included in the RC-28 bargaining unit, under the |
| 10 |
| jurisdiction of the Governor, shall be subject to all |
| 11 |
| provisions of the collective bargaining agreement of other |
| 12 |
| RC-28 employees, and shall be under the jurisdiction of the |
| 13 |
| Illinois Public Labor Relations Act.".
