| AN ACT in relation to certain land.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 |
| Section 5. Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, |
| 5 |
| upon the payment of the sum of one dollar to the City of
Dixon, |
| 6 |
| and subject to the conditions set forth in Section 900 of this |
| 7 |
| Act,
the City of Dixon is authorized to convey by
quitclaim |
| 8 |
| deed all right, title, and interest in and to the following |
| 9 |
| property to the Lee County Industrial Development Association:
|
| 10 |
| Lots 7, 8, and 9 in Lee County Business Park - Phase 2, |
| 11 |
| City of Dixon, Lee County, Illinois; |
| 12 |
| ALSO, |
| 13 |
| Lot 6 in Lee County Business Park - Phase 2, City of Dixon, |
| 14 |
| Lee County, Illinois, EXCEPT that part transferred to |
| 15 |
| Commonwealth Edison by Warranty Deed recorded in Deed Book |
| 16 |
| 0302 at page 3448, and described as follows: |
| 17 |
| Beginning at the southeast corner of said Lot 6, and |
| 18 |
| running thence North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West |
| 19 |
| (assumed bearing) on the south line of said Lot 6, a |
| 20 |
| distance of 210.00 feet; thence North 0 degrees 13 minutes |
| 21 |
| 41 seconds West, parallel with the east line of said Lot 6, |
| 22 |
| a distance of 110.00 feet; thence South 90 degrees 00 |
| 23 |
| minutes 00 seconds East, parallel with the south line of |
| 24 |
| said Lot 6, a distance of 210.00 feet to the east line of |
| 25 |
| said Lot 6; thence South 0 degrees 13 minutes 41 seconds |

| Section 900. The Clerk of the City of Dixon shall obtain a |
