SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

 

Appropriates $10,500,000 from the Capital Development Fund to Western Illinois University for all costs associated with the design and construction of a riverfront campus in the Quad Cities.  Effective July 1, 2004.

    AN ACT making appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

    Section 5.  The amount of $10,500,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Capital Development Fund to Western Illinois University for all costs associated with the design and construction of a riverfront campus in the Quad Cities.

 

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2004.
