| AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2375

| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2375, AS AMENDED, |

| by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the |

| following:

| "Section 5. The Illinois Procurement Code is amended by |
| 6 |
| changing Section 1-15.30 as follows:
|

| (30 ILCS 500/1-15.30)
|
| 8 |
| Sec. 1-15.30. Contract. "Contract" means all types of
State |
| 9 |
| agreements, regardless
of what they may be called, for the |
| 10 |
| procurement, use, or disposal
of supplies, services,
|
| 11 |
| professional or artistic services, or construction or for |
| 12 |
| leases of real
property or
capital improvements,
or in |
| 13 |
| connection with loans, bonds, notes, lines of credit or other |
| 14 |
| borrowing or granting of a mortgage or other collateral as |
| 15 |
| security for any borrowing, and including master contracts, |
| 16 |
| contracts for financing through
use of installment or
|
| 17 |
| lease-purchase arrangements, renegotiated contracts, and |
| 18 |
| change orders.
