| 1 | AN ACT in relation to budget implementation.

| 4 | Section 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the | ||||||

Implementation Act.

| 6 | Section 5. Purpose. It is the purpose of this Act to make | ||||||

in State programs that are necessary to implement | ||||||
| 8 | the Governor's FY2005
