 1        AN ACT respecting higher education.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The Northeastern Illinois University  Law  is
 5    amended by changing Section 25-10 as follows:

 6        (110 ILCS 680/25-10)
 7        Sec.  25-10.  Creation of Board.  There is hereby created
 8    a body politic and corporate which shall be styled the  Board
 9    of  Trustees of Northeastern Illinois University (hereinafter
10    called the Board), and which shall operate, manage,  control,
11    and  maintain  Northeastern Illinois University in accordance
12    with the rights, powers and duties now or hereafter vested by
13    law in that Board.
