 1        AN ACT making appropriations.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The sum of  $300,000,  or  so  much  of  that
 5    amount  as  may  be  necessary  and remains unexpended at the
 6    close of business on June 30, 2003, from  appropriations  and
 7    reappropriations heretofore made for such purposes in Article
 8    91,  Section  24 of Public Act 90-585, is reappropriated from
 9    the Capital Development Fund to  the  Board  of  Trustees  of
10    Northeastern Illinois University for purchasing equipment for
11    the Fine Arts Complex.

12        Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on July
13    1, 2003.
