 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 387 as follows:

 3    on page 2, line 14 by changing "with a: (i)"  to  "with:  (i)
 4    a"; and

 5    on page 2, line 18, by deleting "(ii) misdemeanor violation";
 6    and

 7    on page 2, by replacing line 19 with the following:
 8    "and  Section  1  of the Boarding Aircraft with Weapon Act;";
 9    and

10    on page 2, by replacing line 20 with the following:
11    "(ii) a  Class  A  misdemeanor  violation  of  Section  3.01,
12    3.03-1, or"; and

13    on page 2, line 21, by changing "(iv)" to "(iii)".
