| WHEREAS, Illustrious Brother Walter E. Webber, 33º, |
3 |
| Chairman of the Board and President of the 32º Masonic Learning |
4 |
| Centers for Children, Inc., overseeing 53 learning centers |
5 |
| throughout the Northern Masonic Jurisdiction dealing primarily |
6 |
| with children with dyslexia, will be visiting Danville from |
7 |
| October 21 through October 24, 2004; and
|
8 |
| WHEREAS, He was born July 31, 1943 and was educated in the |
9 |
| public schools of North Kingston, Rhode Island; he graduated |
10 |
| from Marietta College and earned a Juris Doctor degree from |
11 |
| Boston University School of Law; he and his wife Leslie have |
12 |
| three children and live in Yarmouth, Maine; and
|
13 |
| WHEREAS, He was the senior director of the law firm of |
14 |
| Jensen, Baird, Gardner & Henry in Portland, Maine; he became |
15 |
| "of counsel" to the firm in 2003; he is a member of the First |
16 |
| Parish Congregational Church, United Church of Christ, in |
17 |
| Yarmouth, Maine; he also serves as a church trustee and is |
18 |
| involved in a number of professional and civic organizations; |
19 |
| and
|
20 |
| WHEREAS, He was crowned an Active Member of the Supreme |
21 |
| Council, 33º, in 1994; in 2001, he was elected Deputy for Maine |
22 |
| and also became the vice-president of the board of directors of |
23 |
| the 32º Masonic Learning Centers for Children, Inc.; in 2002, |
24 |
| he was named the Grand Lieutenant Commander of the Supreme |
25 |
| Council; and
|
26 |
| WHEREAS, In 2003, he was elected the 13th Sovereign Grand |
27 |
| Commander of the Supreme Council, 33º, Ancient Accepted |
28 |
| Scottish Rite of the Northern Masonic Jurisdiction, U.S.A.; |

| therefore, be it
