| WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the |

| State of Illinois are pleased to congratulate the Wilmington |

| High School football team of Wilmington for advancing to the |

| IHSA Class 3A Football Championship game on November 28, 2003 |

| for the first time in the school's history; and

| WHEREAS, The Wilmington High School Wildcats were the 2003 |

| champions of the Interstate Eight Conference and were the |

| runners-up in the Class 3A championship game; and
