Graham on May 7, 2003; and 5 WHEREAS, Marion L. Graham "Baby Sister" was born on 6 January 3, 1930 in Jackson, Tennessee to Walter and Ethel 7 Cox; and 8 WHEREAS, She became a member of the Church of Christ at 9 an early age in Jackson, Tennessee; and 10 WHEREAS, Mrs. Graham moved to Chicago in 1946; she was 11 united in Holy Matrimony to Eddie Lee Graham on April 11, 12 1964; her husband preceded her in death on April 16, 1992; 13 and 14 WHEREAS, In addition, her mother and father, Ethel and 15 Walter Cox; her brothers, Walter Cox Jr. and Kimber Cox; and 16 her sister, Florence Martin, all preceded her in death; and 17 WHEREAS, The passing of Marion L. Graham has been deeply 18 felt by all who knew her, especially her sons, Jerome H. Cox, 19 Donnie Woodard (Yolanda), Kenneth Graham, Derrick Graham and 20 Steven Graham (Tasha); her daughters, Linda Abraham, Shelia 21 Thomas (Charles), Janice Graham, Ethel Graham, Diane Graham, 22 Cheryl Graham and Sharon Graham; her thirty-nine 23 grandchildren; her thirty-seven great grandchildren; her 24 cousins, Ella Mae, Hattie Mae Butler, Debra Atkins, Brenda 25 Freneey and Henrietta Jones; her sisters-in-law, Reyna Mae 26 Dawson (Jerry), Alberta Smith (Jimmie), Mary Graham (Joe) and 27 Ruby Graham; her brothers-in-law, Rufus Graham (Irma), 28 Columbus Graham (Delores), JR Graham (Sharon) and CL Graham 29 (Alberta); a host of other relatives and friends; and her 30 special friends, Mary, Theresa Taylor and Della Dew; 31 therefore, be it -2- LRB093 12122 RAH 17015 r 1 RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 2 NINETY-THIRD GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that 3 we mourn the passing of Marion L.
