 1                    HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION ______

 2        BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF  REPRESENTATIVES  OF  THE
 3    NINETY-THIRD  GENERAL  ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE
 4    SENATE CONCURRING HEREIN, that the two Houses  shall  convene
 5    in  Joint  Session on Wednesday, April 9, 2003 at the hour of
 6    12:00 o'clock noon, for the purpose of hearing his Excellency
 7    Governor Rod Blagojevich present to the General Assembly  his
 8    Budget Message for Fiscal Year 2004.
