Appropriates $3,300,000 from the Tobacco Settlement Recovery Fund to the Department of Public Health for a grant to Community Non-Profit Organizations for tobacco use prevention and cessation programs.  Effective immediately.

    AN ACT making appropriations.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 1. The amount of $3,300,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Tobacco Settlement Recovery Fund to the Department of Public Health for a grant to Community Non-Profit Organizations for tobacco use prevention and cessation programs.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
