SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $5,000,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, from the General Revenue Fund to the E85 Vehicle Encouragement Fund and further appropriates that amount from the E85 Vehicle Encouragement Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity to make pro rata rebate grants under the E85 Vehicle Encouragement Program as provided in the Illinois Renewable Fuels Development Program Act. Effective immediately.

BALANCED BUDGET NOTE ACT MAY APPLY |

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $5,000,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the E85 Vehicle Encouragement Fund. The amount of $5,000,000, or so much as may be necessary, is appropriated for fiscal year 2005 from the E85 Vehicle Encouragement Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for the purposes of making grants and other expenditures authorized under the E85 Vehicle Encouragement Program set forth in the Illinois Renewable Fuels Development Program Act.
Section 99. Effective Date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
