Appropriates $20,000,000 from the Open Space Lands Acquisition and Development Fund to the Department of Natural Resources for expenses connected with and to make grants to local governments as provided in the Open Space Lands Acquisition and Development Act. Effective July 1, 2004.

AN ACT making appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 1. The sum of $20,000,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Open Space Lands Acquisition and Development Fund to the Department of Natural Resources for expenses connected with and to make grants to local governments as provided in the Open Space Lands Acquisition and Development Act.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2004.
