AN ACT making appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The following amounts, or so much of those amounts as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects and purposes named, are appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Board of Trustees of Governors State University to meet the ordinary and contingent expenses of the University for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2005:
For Personal Services........................ $19,721,500
For Social Security Contributions................ 100,000
For Contractual Services....................... 2,900,000
For Travel........................................ 50,000
For Commodities.................................. 150,000
For Equipment.................................... 400,000
For Telecommunications........................... 145,000
For Operations of Automotive Equipment............ 25,000
For Awards and Grants............................ 105,000
For Permanent Improvements....................... 100,000
Total $23,696,500
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2004.
