AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 7236

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 7236 by deleting Section 5 and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“Section 5.  The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated for the objects and purposes hereinafter named, to meet the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Property Tax Appeal Board:

For Electronic Data Processing.................. 45,000

For Telecommunication Services.................. 45,000

For Operation of Auto Equipment................. 14,000

For Refunds........................................ 200

For the purpose of reestablishing the

Cook County Office........................... 600,000
