SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Illinois Finance Authority for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2004, as follows:
General Revenue Fund $250,000

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
ARTICLE 1
Section 5. The sum of $250,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois Finance Authority for the purpose of interest buy-back as authorized under the Illinois Farm Development Act.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on July 1, 2004.
