| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |

| represented in the General Assembly:

| Section 5. The Illinois Loan Brokers Act of 1995 is amended |

| by changing
Section 15-5 as follows:

| Sec. 15-5. Definitions. As used in this Act, the terms

| defined in the Sections following this Section and preceding
|

| Section 15-6 have the meanings ascribed in those Sections
