SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

 

Appropriates $1,500,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Keep Illinois Beautiful Fund. Appropriates $1,500,000 from the Keep Illinois Beautiful Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for grants under the Keep Illinois Beautiful Program. Effective July 1, 2004.

$DCEO-IL BEAUTIFUL GRANTS

 

 

 

    AN ACT making appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

    Section 5.  The amount of $1,500,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Keep Illinois Beautiful Fund.

 

    Section 10. The amount of $1,500,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Keep Illinois Beautiful Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for grants under Section 605-75 of the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois.

 

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2004.
