AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 6866

2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 6866 on page 16,
3 after line 21, by inserting the following:
 
4     "Section 80. For and in consideration of an
5 Intergovernmental Agreement between the Illinois Department of
6 Transportation and Metro (Bi-State Development Agency) and
7 subject to the conditions set forth in Section 900 of this Act,
8 the easement for highway purposes acquired by the People of the
9 State of Illinois is released over and through the following
10 described land in St. Clair County, Illinois:

12     From the center of Section 25, Township 2 North, Range 9
13 West of the Third Principal Meridian, measure South 00 degrees

9 required, shall record the certified document in the Recorder's
