| AN ACT concerning wineries.
|

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The Liquor Control Act of 1934 is amended by |
5 |
| changing Section 6-13 as follows:
|

| (235 ILCS 5/6-13) (from Ch. 43, par. 128)

| Sec. 6-13. Except in the case of wineries
wineries that |
8 |
| have bed and breakfast
facilities, hotels, and clubs, no |
9 |
| alcoholic
liquor shall
be sold at retail upon any premises |
10 |
| which has any access which leads from
such premises to any |
11 |
| other portion of the same building or structure used
for |
12 |
| dwelling or lodging purpose and which is permitted to be used |
13 |
| or kept
accessible for use by the public. This provision shall |
14 |
| not prevent any
connection between such premises and such other |
15 |
| portion of the building or
structure which is used only by the |
16 |
| licensee, his family and personal
guests.
