    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Department of Natural Resources Act is

amended by changing
Section 80-5 as follows:

    (20 ILCS 801/80-5)

    Sec. 80-5. Redesignation of the Department.  The Department 
8
of
Conservation is redesignated as the Department of Natural 
9
Resources.
