| AN ACT in relation to units of local government.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 |
| Section 5. The Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act |
| 5 |
| is amended by
changing Section 4.8 as follows:
|

| Sec. 4.8. Notice of the time and place and general scope |

| and fee of every
examination and of the duties, pay and nature |
