| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| represented in the General Assembly:

| Section 5. The Public Officer Simultaneous Tenure Act is |

| amended by changing Section 0.01 as follows:

| Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act shall be known and may be |

| cited as the
