    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act

is amended by
changing Section 1.1 as follows:

    Sec. 1.1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the

Metropolitan Water
Reclamation District Act.
