| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |

| represented in the General Assembly:

| Section 5. The Veterinary Medicine and Surgery Practice Act |

| of 2004 is
amended by changing Section 2 as follows:

| Sec. 2. Short title. This Act may be cited as the |
