| AN ACT in relation to State finance.
|

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 |
| Section 5. The State Finance Act is amended by changing
|
| 5 |
| Section 6c as follows:
|
| 6 |
| (30 ILCS 105/6c) (from Ch. 127, par. 142c)
|
| 7 |
| Sec. 6c. All fees and other money received by the Division |
| 8 |
| of
Highways of the Department of Transportation shall, upon
|
| 9 |
| being paid into the State treasury, be placed in the road fund.
|
| 10 |
| After the effective date of this amendatory Act of 1980, |
| 11 |
| investment income
that
which is attributable to the investment |
| 12 |
| of moneys of the road fund shall
be retained in the road fund.
